On Saturday, I volunteered to operate a photo booth at Lake Tapps' harvest party. I learned something about myself ... I will never call myself a "children's photographer." I definitely enjoy older, more cooperative subjects. I simply refuse to make a fool of myself for a child who won't smile. Don't get me wrong, I love children. Just don't ask me to take their pictures! (Unless of course you're among those few ... you know who you are!)
