I love how quickly the fall greens up our lawn. It looks so great in October! I also love how most of the time our winters are mild enough that it pretty much stays green (on its own) until summer. When I left to take Nathan to school at 8:30 this morning it was only 32 degrees with frost-tipped grass and a coating of ice on the glass-topped patio tables. I have a feeling this may be a winter when our lawn turns that ugly brown color from being so cold for so long.
